No signal in videocon dth

I am getting no signal for only hindi channels others are working fine. My home channels has clear signal, all the sports channels, marathi, tamil, english channels have signal & are working fine.

I have mailed them my complaint but it will be good if anyone can help me before I get help from them as it takes time for their reply.
