increasing computer speed by clearing temporary files

You can increase the computer's overall speed by clearing temporary files
Follow these steps:-
1) Start->run
2) now type
%temp%
Then press enter
3) a window will be opened with lots and files and folder
4) select all and delete (since they are temporary files, they are of no use)
5) those show message during the deleting process as
Read only file,
Skip them and delete rest of files
6) your computer will automatically speed up.
