plz note that I recommend you plz don't try this if you don't know how fix it.
and all the Information I mentioned below is gathered from internet so
its up to choice, if any problem happened when doing this

this work perfectly with xolo 500s , im not sure will work on other xolos
The first step is to get in the “Engineer Mode” by pressing the following set of keys in the dialpad
“*#*#3646633#*#*”
The next step is to go to the “Hardware Testing” and select “Audio“
Now select ”Normal Mode“
From the dropdown, select “Mic“
Now we will increase the value to the highest possible number, which over here is “255” You can also select the level as “level 6” , which will set the maximum value.
Now press “set” to apply, and thenrestart/reboot the handset.
Repeat the procedure if the settings are not saved the first time...
